Loyola University Chicago has been awarded by Forbes as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2026, affirming the University’s ongoing commitment to cultivating a culture where faculty and staff feel supported and valued.
Now in its eleventh year, the Forbes Best Employers ranking celebrates organizations across the nation that have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to fostering environments where employees can thrive.
More than 217,000 U.S. workers rated their employers on a range of criteria, including salary, work environment, benefits, opportunities to advance, and willingness to recommend their employer to others.
Loyola is one of only three Jesuit universities to be named, and one of only two Illinois universities named to the 2026 Forbes Best Midsize Employers list.
This award is presented by Forbes in partnership with Statista Inc., a global data and business intelligence platform.
