From Friday, October 18, to Sunday, October 20, Loyola University Chicago brought together hundreds of alumni to reconnect and celebrate their achievements since graduation. Events took place on both the Lake Shore and Water Tower campuses, featuring class and affinity reunions, athletics events, Loyola Under the Stars, and more. As part of the weekend, the Class of 1974 celebrated its 50th reunion with a Mass at Madonna della Strada followed by brunch, marking a tradition of reconnecting with fellow alumni.

During the annual Alumni Excellence Celebration, four alumni received awards for their positive representation of Loyola, their contributions to strengthening their community, and their exemplification of the Ignatian spirit.
Spirit of Felice Award: Janet Myers (BS ’93, JFRC ’89-90)
Heart of Loyola Award: Kevin Conway (BA ’73, JD ’76)
Spirit of Loyola Award: Sr. Donna Marie Wolowicki (BSN ’71, MSN ’75)
Rambler on the Rise Award: Wayne Kimball, Jr. (MBA ’14)
During his remarks during the ceremony, President Mark C. Reed highlighted the invaluable role of Loyola alumni in the Rambler community, emphasizing the value of their work within their communities and commitment to Jesuit values.
