Why we love Sister Jean

Loyola’s favorite icon just got even more lovable.

Sr. Jean Valentine’s Day Heart

What’s to love about Sister Jean?

She’s there for us when we need her.

Her presence is even felt when she’s not physically there.

No one can deny she’s Loyola’s biggest cheerleader.

And while she might be tiny, her presence is mighty.

She’s a national icon for crying out loud.

But even with fame and recognition, our students hold the biggest place in her heart.

With cake arguably being second.

So why do we love Sister Jean? It’s the simple things we appreciate.

Her hugs. Her smiles. And the overall zeal for life we can all learn a thing or two from.

We love you, Sister Jean!
