Gilbert Michaud, PhD, investigates the many facets of the unfolding energy transition across the U.S., including the workforce, tax, and emissions impacts of clean energy deployment. More pointedly, he investigates how renewable energy policy relates to sustainable economic development. Michaud can discuss solar and wind energy, energy justice issues, business demand for renewables, utilities, collaborative planning, and energy law and policy
