Dear Loyola Community,
We want to share an important update as our community continues to grieve the death of Sheridan Gorman.
On Friday night, March 20, 2026, a suspect was brought in by the Chicago Police Department. On Sunday, March 22, 2026, that suspect was officially charged with the murder of Sheridan Gorman. As we hold Sheridan, her loved ones, and all those affected in our hearts, we are grateful for the diligent work of the Chicago Police Department.
