Loyola University Chicago has been recognized by Forbes as one of the best-in-state employers for 2025, affirming the University’s strong workplace culture and commitment to the well-being of its faculty and staff.
The annual list, compiled in partnership with Statista, is based entirely on anonymous employee surveys. More than 160,000 U.S. workers across 50 states and Washington, D.C., rated their employers on workplace culture, compensation, professional development, and willingness to recommend their employer to others.
Loyola is one of the largest Jesuit institutions in the nation and one of only a handful of Illinois universities named to the 2025 Forbes Best-in-State Employers list.
