On Tuesday, December 17, 2024, the Loyola University Chicago faculty, staff, and retirees gathered at the Damen Student Center on Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus for the annual Holiday Reception, a festive celebration of shared accomplishments and holiday cheer.
Attendees enjoyed an afternoon filled with holiday spirit, featuring delicious food, beverages, and live entertainment, including interactive magic, juggling, and stilt-walking. Highlights of the event included a competitive Bow-n-Bowl match, the Ugly Christmas Sweater contest, University Staff Council’s Holiday Spirit Contest, and spirited Bingo games.
